Physician Opportunity | OB/GYN

Full-Time | Private Practice | $325,000 Base + Productivity Bonus We're seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join our established, physician-led private practice. This is a full-scope opportunity for a provider who is passionate about delivering exceptional women's healthcare in a supportive, collaborative environment with strong mentorship and advanced clinical resources. Founded in 1984, SCWH has grown into the largest physician owned independent OB/GYN practice on Atlanta's southside. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care in both outpatient and hospital settings Manage labor & delivery, including vaginal and cesarean deliveries Perform a variety of gynecologic procedures, including in-office and surgical interventions Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, midwives, and advanced practice providers Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management Participate in practice quality initiatives and ongoing clinical development Practice Highlights 4-day work week 1:8 call rotation at one hospital 24-hour Certified Nurse Midwife support Level III NICU Robotic surgery platform available Office-based patient focused services available such as ultrasound, screening mammograms, lab, and bone density In-office procedures available (LEEP, Mona Lisa Touch, etc.) Nitrous oxide available for patients Strong mentorship and physician support What We're Looking For MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency program Board Certified or Board Eligible through ABOG Eligible for state medical licensure and hospital privileges Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care Compensation & Benefits $325,000 base salary Productivity bonus opportunity Sign-on bonus Partnership track opportunity 401(k) with employer match Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Disability insurance CME, phone & computer Generous PTO Relocation assistance available Supportive, physician-led culture focused on professional growth Join a thriving women's healthcare practice where you'll enjoy a strong work-life balance, advanced clinical resources, and the opportunity to build a long-term career in a collaborative and collegial environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr AOIA
