Shift: Part-time
Rate: $14-$16/hr
Immediate Need:
Canadensis, PA - 4pm to 6pm Monday through Friday
Effort, PA - Fridays 2pm to 6pm and Saturdays 8am to 6pm Traditional Home Health Care (Pediatric & Adult Skilled) is a leader in the healthcare field, providing exceptional skilled nursing and aide services. - Performs personal care/ household duties (e.g. dressing, toileting, feeding, light housekeeping) in home/school setting
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide emotional/behavioral support
- Follows plan of care
- Ability to interact as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Reports any changes in the patient condition to agency/nurse case manager
