As part of our growing food service operations, we proudly operate Sbarro locations within our travel centers, serving fresh pizza and Italian favorites in a fast-paced environment. We are currently looking for a motivated and passionate Pizza Maker to join our team.

Job Overview:
As a Pizza Maker, you will play a key role in preparing and serving high-quality pizzas and menu items while maintaining Sbarro’s standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and takes pride in delivering great food and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and ingredients according to company recipes and standards
• Assemble and cook pizzas while ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to deliver fresh, high-quality food to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and prep areas
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
• Assist with stocking, inventory, and ingredient preparation as needed
• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service
• Support opening, closing, and daily kitchen procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Pizza Maker, Cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
• Strong understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
• A passion for pizza and Italian cuisine is highly desirable.
