Accounting Assistant
Are you a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with customers, managing orders, and supporting a sales team? We are seeking a Customer Service & Invoicing Coordinator to join a dynamic team and play a key role in customer service, order management, invoicing, and operations.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer onboarding, order entry/processing, invoicing, pricing, shipping coordination, and account support.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and delivery status.
- Prepare quotes, pricing proposals, and sales documentation.
- Partner with other departments to support customer requirements and shipping activities.
- Maintain accurate records and transactions within company systems.
- Identify process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, invoicing, sales support, order management, or commercial operations.
- Bachelor's degree a plus.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Syteline or a similar ERP system preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer relationship skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong math and analytical skills are required, including the ability to work with pricing, quotations, order details, and transactional data accurately.
