WASMI5-Project Management Specialist 5-P21 - Project Planner Scheduler

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Project Planner Scheduler.

Position Type: Full Time (Contract)
Duration: 12 months
Location: El Segundo, CA

As a Project Planner Scheduler , you will :

• Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyses, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
• Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives.
• Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project.
• Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers.
• Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.
• Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
• Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Top Secret Clearance/SCI active clearance with in the last 12 months and in scope CI polygraph with in the last 5 years.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across different geographic locations & time-zones
• Experience working with program managers to develop & manager project schedule baselines
• Experienced in managing complex integrated schedules, earned value management system (EVMS), using scheduling tools (ex. MS Project or Milestone Professional)
• Experience with managing and analysing resource loaded schedules.
• Experience leading a team

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $85 to $95 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
