DHS Certified Web Accessibility Tester

Seeking a DHS Certified Web Accessibility Tester, the full-time fully remote candidate will evaluate websites, web applications, and electronic content for compliance with Section 508 accessibility requirements using approved testing methods and tools. Key responsibilities Conduct Section 508 accessibility testing of various digital platforms and content Apply the DHS Trusted Tester Section 508 Conformance Test Process for Web Document accessibility defects and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders Required qualifications Current DHS Trusted Tester Version 5.0 certification or later At least one year of accessibility testing experience Basic knowledge of the Revised Section 508 Standards Familiarity with the DHS Trusted Tester testing methodology Ability to prepare accurate accessibility test documentation
