Customer Service Associate
Position Type: Full Time (M-F)
Our team is currently hiring a full time Customer Service Associate in Dallas, TX. The characteristics we seek in potential employees are highly valued as they have the potential to transform the organization. Customer Service Associate Primary Tasks and Duties:
- Provide support to customers through meaningful conversations to help each customer arrive at the solution that is best fitted for their needs
- Respond to incoming inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Update customer records, taking accurate notes
- Maintain a detailed log of each customer interaction
- Route customer concerns to the correct department or personnel to ensure that each customer receives the most accurate solutions and responses
- Maintain a working knowledge of current product offerings
- Register account updates and process sensitive data in accordance with SOP
- Process sales transactions
- Process customer account upgrades
- Join forces with management and coworkers to meet sales objectives
- Uphold company standards
Customer Service Associate Qualifications:
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Able to perform simple mathematical operations
- Experience in efficiently handling customer issues
- Computer proficiency is required
- Ability to multitask, pinpoint customer needs and provide solutions in a timely manner
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Excellent attention to detail
Customer Service Associate Preferred Skills:
- Prior CRM experience is a plus
