Key Responsibilities Monitor cardiac rhythms continuously to ensure patient safety. Quickly identify and report any arrhythmias. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Educate patients and their families on managing their conditions and preparing for discharge. Engage in quality and safety initiatives to enhance patient care. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient care.
