ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Float Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Greensboro, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 26 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Telemetry Assignment Duration This is a 26-week contract position. Schedule Night shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) with every other weekend and holiday rotation. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a Med/Surg Telemetry unit. The successful candidate must have a strong background in medical-surgical nursing and be able to manage telemetry patients. All nurses will be required to pass an EKG exam during onboarding. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with medical-surgical needs. Administer and manage blood products, peripheral line care, and IV starts. Utilize Rapid Response teams and participate in code situations as needed. Implement isolation precautions and follow safety protocols. Float across all Cone Health facilities as required. Work in a charge nurse capacity when needed. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active RN license required. BLS certification is required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar medical-surgical setting. Experience with EKG interpretation and telemetry monitoring preferred. Must demonstrate previous charge nurse experience.
