At Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Highlands Ranch and Castle Rock, CO, the vibes are electric, and your chair doesn't stay empty for long. We're talking two buzzing Shops, nonstop walk-ins, stacked books, and major earning potential.

We're hiring a full-time Barber - Stylist who's ready to go from "busy" to booked-solid legend status.

You'll earn an uncapped commission starting at 40% and climb to 55% or get a guaranteed minimum wage, and you'll always take home whichever is higher. No guesswork. No games. Just results.

Our Barber - Stylists usually pull in $33.50 - $66/hour ... and yep, that's real.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As our Barber - Stylist, you'll turn your chair into the place everyone wants to be, bringing the energy, the creativity, and the confidence to knock out bold cuts, color transformations, and classic shaves like it's second nature. You'll switch seamlessly from dialing in a flawless fade to finishing with a hot lather neck shave and shoulder massage that gets clients fully relaxed and fully hooked, all while building your reputation, hyping people up, and creating a steady stream of loyal regulars who won't trust anyone else with their look.

YOU IN?

• Active Colorado barber or cosmetology license
• A passion for customer service and bringing joy to others
• A strong work ethic
• Motivated to do an excellent job
• Reliability, punctuality, and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, push, and pull 25 lbs.
• Ability to work nights and weekends to meet client availability
• Ability to work at our Castle Rock and Highlands Ranch, CO locations
