Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A per diem pharmacist position is available to provide critical pharmacy staffing from July 7, 2026, through July 22, 2026. This role supports hospital pharmacy operations in a setting with hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Weekend, after-hours, and on-call coverage may be required, so flexibility is important.

Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of medication dispensing, verifying prescriptions, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, and collaborating with the pharmacy team, which consists of one pharmacist and one technician. Proficiency in using the Wellsky pharmacy information system and the Pyxis automation system is essential. The role requires experience in IV compounding, although chemotherapy compounding is not involved. Experience with 340b programs is not necessary.
