Onboarding Bonus: ( $10,000 New-Hire Bonus ) 

This position is ideal for an OT who enjoys autonomy, mentoring others, and building a high-quality therapy program. As our Lead Occupational Therapist, you’ll oversee the clinical direction of our COTA team while performing evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing selective patient care. Your leadership responsibilities are clinical in nature guiding, teaching, and helping our COTAs grow into exceptional therapists.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care.
• Supervise and mentor our Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
• Review documentation for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Provide patient treatment as needed while maintaining excellent clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with our Physical Therapy team to deliver outstanding patient-centered care.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation using WebPT Clinician EMR (preferred, but we will train the right candidate).

What We’re Looking For

• Current Florida Occupational Therapist license.
• Strong documentation and clinical reasoning skills.
• Leadership mentality with a passion for coaching and developing others.
• Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and genuine compassion for patients.
• Experience with WebPT Clinician EMR is preferred but not required.

• Full-time or part-time
• Four or five-day work week
• Early mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends available
• Saturday and Sunday hours available for those who prefer them

Premier Rehab, Inc., is an outpatient rehabilitation agency offering physical, occupational, therapy services since 1994. They operate Monday to Thursday from 7:15 AM to 7:00 PM, and Friday from 7:15 AM to 5:30 PM.
