OPEN ROLE: Occupational Therapist

• Pay Rate: $ 60-70 per hour Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.
• Employment Options: Full-time, Part-time, and Per Diem positions available.

Job Summary:


As an Occupational Therapist within our team, you'll step into a role that's all about fostering the independence and well-being of our patients. Your mission will include evaluating, diagnosing, and delivering treatments to individuals with various conditions, ensuring they regain essential life skills and achieve their highest potential. Your work will have a profound impact on their lives and their ability to engage fully in their daily activities.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assessment and Evaluation : Conduct comprehensive assessments to gauge patients' physical and cognitive abilities.
• Individualized Treatment Plans: Create tailored treatment plans based on assessments and the unique needs of each patient.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Provide hands-on occupational therapy to patients, both in group settings and through individualized sessions.
• Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitor and assess patients' progress, adapting treatment plans as needed for optimal results.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and caregivers, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Patient and Family Education: Educate patients and their families about therapeutic strategies, home exercises, and adaptive techniques to promote ongoing progress.

Qualifications:


Valid state licensure and certification as an Occupational Therapist.


A deep passion for enhancing the lives of patients through occupational therapy.


Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, vital for effective collaboration within a healthcare team.


Dedication to staying current with the latest advancements in occupational therapy practices.
