In this role, you’ll be responsible for conducting scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, and building infrastructure. You’ll help ensure equipment runs smoothly and identify potential issues before they become problems. • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and building mechanical equipment
• Inspect equipment and facilities to identify wear, damage, or potential issues
• Complete minor repairs and adjustments as needed
• Replace filters, belts, lubricate components, and perform general upkeep
• Accurately document maintenance activities and report findings to management
• Ensure all work complies with company standards and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Travel to customer locations as required using company vehicle

• EPA Certification (required)
• 1–3 years of preventive or general maintenance experience
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical equipment
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Strong troubleshooting and time management skills
• Reliable and capable of working independently
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders
• Comfortable working in various indoor and outdoor environments

• Competitive hourly pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday

Remote Field Operations – Technicians will travel to commercial client sites across the service region based out of Westerville, OH.
