EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field EXPERIENCE: Seven years of progressively responsible professional experience with fiscal management and budget oversight, including four years in a management or supervisory position. Experience in an educational environment preferred. LICENSE: Possess a valid California Driver License. 1. Your school district is projecting a 5% decline in enrollment over the next three years while facing rising personnel costs and increasing demands for student services. As the Executive Director of Fiscal Services, describe your approach to developing and maintaining a multi-year financial plan under the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF).

2. The district is preparing its First Interim Report and has identified potential challenges in meeting the required reserve levels during the current fiscal year. As Executive Director of Fiscal Services, explain how you would lead the preparation and review of the Standardized Account Code Structure (SACS) reporting process and ensure accurate fiscal reporting.

3. A district is experiencing payroll processing challenges, increasing STRS/PERS costs, and is simultaneously evaluating the potential transition from an LCFF-funded district to a community-funded (basic aid) district. As Executive Director of Fiscal Services, describe how you would provide leadership in both areas.

4. Provide examples from your experience that demonstrate your readiness to lead in these areas.
