Senior Lead Credit Product Sales Specialist

About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Credit Product Sales Specialist to support the Over-the-Road (OTR) Transportation Group within Wells Fargo Equipment Finance. This role partners closely with Commercial Banking coverage teams to identify opportunities, deepen client relationships, structure tailored equipment finance solutions, and drive business growth within the transportation industry. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners while leading complex transactions, influencing business strategy, and supporting the continued growth of Wells Fargo's equipment finance platform.In this role, you will:Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across Commercial Banking or Corporate & Investment BankingLead the sourcing of new clients or growing of existing relationships for a given product or specialty in close coordination with coverage teamsUnderstand clients’ businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions within the context of individual deals and client relationshipsPartner with client teams to independently work on client transactions and advise on peer transactions, including highly complex, larger, and multi-product financing opportunities, including analyzing potential opportunities, structuring, proposing, and selling tailored financial solutions to clients, strategically leading internal coordination, and submitting transactions to management or independent risk for approvalStrategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadershipPartner with product management functional partners to provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on evolving market needs to enable the innovation, design, and delivery of credit solutions more effectively, including large-scale, cross-functional, or companywide strategiesServe as a mentor for less experienced individualsRequired Qualifications:7+ years of secured or specialized lending sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:7+ years of Equipment Finance experienceCommercial lending or specialty finance experience.Experience structuring and delivering credit solutions for commercial clients.Strong business development and relationship management skills.Ability to analyze financial statements and assess credit risk.Experience leading complex transactions and partnering across lines of business.Job Expectations:Ability to travel 60% or more.Ability to work a hybrid work scheduleWillingness to work on-site at stated location on the job openingThis position does not support Visa SponsorshipSpecific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
