Physical Capabilities Ability to work in an office environment using a computer and standard office equipment. Ability to remain seated for extended periods while managing schedules and service activities. Occasionally move office materials and equipment as needed. Job Duties Schedule and coordinate field service technicians based on customer needs, technician skill sets, and project requirements. Arrange travel, tools, equipment, spare parts, and logistics for service activities. Support repair, installation, and maintenance projects to help minimize customer downtime. Resolve customer and technician concerns in a professional and timely manner. Obtain vendor quotes, create purchase orders, and initiate work orders for required parts and services. Monitor purchase orders and work orders to ensure on-time completion and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with customers, field personnel, vendors, and operations teams to ensure successful service execution.
