Title: Director of Nursing -"DON" -Director of Nurses-Director of Clinical Services

Location: Gainesville, Florida

We also have other locations hiring for a DON in Rockledge, Tampa and St Petersburg FL

$8,000.00 relocation assistance available for Gainesville and/or Rockledge, FL.

Compensation: Salary plus bonus plus full benefits!

Requirements:

Florida Licensed Registered Nurse

3+ years of prior Long Term Care experience with several years in a leadership role as Director of Nursing is preferred. Gainesville location also will interview very strong Assistant Director of Nursing who is ready for their next step up!

Proven success in the role, long tenure with each employer and positive survey history etc.
