Analytical Associate ScientistJob#: 3056419Job Description:Analytical Associate ScientistLocation: Lakeville, Massachusetts (Onsite)Role OverviewThe Analytical Laboratory team is seeking an Analytical Associate Scientist to contribute key technical and analytical deliverables. This onsite position focuses on providing quality data and interpretation to stakeholders. The selected candidate will deliver technical results on assigned chemistry methods and processes while adhering strictly to established laboratory protocols.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical and analytical chemistry deliverables on assigned chemistry methods and processes.Participate as an active team member to achieve the laboratory goal of providing quality data and data interpretation to stakeholders.Adhere to current SOPs and methods with a commitment to continuous improvement using scientific approaches to problem-solving.Master assigned methods, analytical instruments, and the laboratory information management system.Required QualificationsEducation: A B.S. degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field is required.Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in chemical analysis, including hands-on instrumentation operation and maintenance.Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic chemical analysis methodologies such as pH, Brix, titration-based analyses, and moisture methods. Experience with electronic data collection applications (LIMS or ELN) and instrument operating systems (Agilent ChemStation or OpenLab). Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices.Preferred QualificationsExperience with HPLC or IC methods, including instrument operation and troubleshooting.Additional InformationDemonstrated ability to hold self and others accountable to stated goals and objectives.Proven ability to share and achieve common goals within collaborative team environments.A customer-oriented approach to sample handling and testing.Willingness to learn new methodologies and contribute ideas for process improvement.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
