Bindery / Finishing Operator – 2nd Shift

Swift Print Communications is looking for an experienced, dependable Bindery / Finishing Operator to join our team.

This is a strictly 2nd Shift position, Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM. We are looking for someone with commercial printing and bindery experience who can step in and contribute to a busy production environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience operating a Polar 54" 137 paper cutter is strongly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of commercial printing and bindery operations .
• Someone who can do more than just one job—we want a versatile “do-it-all” bindery person .
• Experience with:
• • Rolling posters
  • Folding
  • Cutting and other finishing operations
• A self-starter who can work independently, stay productive, and take pride in the quality of their work.
• Reliable, dependable, and willing to jump in wherever needed.

Training:
Training will be provided on 1st Shift, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM , during the initial training period. Once training is completed, this position will move permanently to 2nd Shift, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM.
