What You'll Do Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, and orders Process customer orders accurately Update customer accounts and information in the system Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude Provide exceptional customer service on every interaction Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail Support daily office operations as needed Requirements We're Looking For Someone Who: Has excellent communication and customer service skills Can type 30+ WPM Enjoys talking with people and helping solve problems Can multitask in a fast-paced office environment Has strong computer and typing skills Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Maintains a positive attitude and professional demeanor Learns quickly and works well as part of a team Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is a plus: Customer Service Receptionist Administrative Assistant Office Assistant Retail Sales Banking or Teller Experience Call Center Front Desk Hospitality Order Entry Data Entry Office Administration No industry experience?
