Fullstack Engineer

Job Description We are seeking backend‑focused Fullstack Developers to build and scale secure, high‑performance applications supporting enterprise platforms in regulated environments. This role emphasizes backend services, APIs, and system integration, while still contributing to front‑end components as needed. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices supporting distributed systems Build and optimize scalable application logic, data processing, and service integrations Contribute to front‑end development as needed, with primary focus on backend functionality Collaborate with systems engineers and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration with infrastructure and cloud environments Develop solutions within regulated environments (IL5, DoD‑aligned, or similar), ensuring security and compliance requirements are met Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on performance and reliability Support CI/CD pipelines and automate build, test, and deployment workflows Troubleshoot and resolve complex backend and system‑level issues Partner with cross‑functional teams to define architecture and improve system design Document backend services, APIs, and system workflows Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and debugging processes Skills and Requirements 5+ years of experience in backend development 5+ years of experience using Java Ability to work across several enterprise applications and workflows to improve the overall health of the IL5 environment Experience using AI to optimize development workflows Experience within FedRamp or the public sector We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
