Review and validate timekeeping data, pay changes, bonuses, commissions, deductions and other payroll inputs before processing. Maintain accurate employee records in the payroll system and HRIS, including new hires, terminations, transfers, job changes, and status updates. Administer payroll deductions, wage garnishments, tax withholdings, and benefit-related deductions in coordination with HR and Finance. Reconcile payroll registers, identify exceptions and support corrections before payroll is finalized. Prepare reoccurring payroll reports and support month-end, quarter-end, year-end payroll activities. Respond to employee payroll questions in a timely professional and confidential manner. Your profile Associate's degree in accounting or business and or equivalent work experience. HRIS knowledge preferred such as Paylocity, UKG or Paychex. Minimum of three years’ experience in payroll, preferably in manufacturing. Independent worker with ERP and Microsoft Office Skills.
