Manager, Statistical Programming - Internal Medicine

Responsibilities
- Lead development and quality control of tables, listings, and graphs for analysis
- Manage programming effort and track completion of deliverables including ad hoc requests
- Serve as programming representative on multidisciplinary study teams through regulatory approval and launch
- Determine resource requirements and partner with management on staffing needs
- Support hiring and provide performance feedback to team members
Requirements
- Master's degree with 8-10 years of relevant work experience
- Master's in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Life Science with 5+ years programming experience
- Proven experience leading programming deliverables within clinical study teams
- Experience providing hiring input, feedback, and performance evaluations
- Strong organizational and documentation skills in regulated environments
- SAS Certification (preferred)
Compensation: $128,600-$210,000 annually
