LOCATION RESTRICTION: This is an in-person job in Tarrant County, Texas. You must already live in Tarrant County or Parker County (Weatherford, Aledo) to be considered. Applications from outside this area will not be review ed.
Bluebonnet Caregivers is a family-owned home care agency in Fort Worth. We're hiring experienced caregivers for in-home visits with seniors across Tarrant County.
Pay is $18 an hour. Same rate for everyone. No tiers, no negotiating, no games.
WHAT THE WORK LOOKS LIKE
• In-home visits with seniors: companionship, bathing and personal care, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation
• Visit lengths vary by client. Some are a few hours, some run longer.
• We match you with clients near you and around the availability you give us
WHAT WE OFFER
• $18 an hour, W-2, not 1099
• Paid every other Friday by direct deposit
• A paid one-hour orientation with your client before your first shift, so you're not walking in cold
• You talk to the owners directly, not a call center
• A small team on purpose. We know your name and your schedule.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Hands-on caregiving experience. Agency, facility, private hire, or caring for a family member all count. Tell us which.
• Comfortable with personal care: bathing, dressing, transfers
• Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background check
No certification required. No CNA, no HHA, no formal training. If you have one, good, but it's not how we decide.
