Continuous Improvement Manager

We're supporting a Life Sciences client in their search for an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to lead and facilitate operational excellence initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on continuous improvement professional who enjoys driving measurable change, engaging cross‑functional teams, and delivering sustainable process improvements. Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate Kaizen events to identify and implement process improvements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Conduct 8D problem-solving and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations. Plan and execute 5S implementation and workplace organization initiatives. Support Performance Excellence programs and continuous improvement strategies. Organize and facilitate Red Tag events to eliminate waste and improve workplace efficiency. Develop and maintain visual management systems to enhance operational performance. Monitor project progress, communicate results, and ensure initiatives are completed on time. Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Coach, motivate, and influence teams to embrace continuous improvement methodologies. Qualifications Demonstrated experience leading and executing continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proven experience facilitating Kaizen events, 5S, 8D analysis, and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) activities. Experience implementing visual management and lean manufacturing tools. Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver measurable results. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
