2nd Shift Forklift Operator

Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team on 2nd shift in Northborough, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, unload, and store products in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
Load and unload trucks accurately
Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
Perform inventory and stock replenishment duties
Inspect equipment before and after use and report any issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

Previous forklift operating experience (required)
Valid forklift certification is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
