Registered Nurse (RN) - Day ShiftThis is a 13-week contract position.Day shift, 3x12 hour shifts, with every other weekend required.The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for maintaining the delivery of quality care by ensuring adherence to the nursing care plan. The RN will supervise Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants, contributing to a collaborative healthcare environment.Responsibilities:Perform nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission.Identify teaching needs and goals related to each patient's diagnosis.Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely.Participate in patient rehabilitation programs and direct patient care.Initiate discharge planning from the day of admission and provide patient education.Communicate changes in patient status among care providers to support continuity of care.Provide direction and supervision to ancillary nursing personnel.Ensure safety and compliance with hospital and nursing policies.Support team functionality by fostering a positive work environment.Maintain communication with management regarding service needs for supplies and equipment.Assume charge responsibility as requested after the orientation period.Engage in professional growth and development through continuing education.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:BLS Certification required prior to first shift.ACLS certification required prior to first shift (specific to CIRH).Minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience, preferably including one year of ICU experience.Why ARMStaffing?Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and moreOnboarding Made Easy: We handle physicals, titers, and more so you can focus on careClinical Support: In-house clinical team available to assist and advocate401k Retirement Plan: Eligible after waiting period; 4% match with 5% contributionRecruiter Matching: Get paired with a recruiter based on your location and specialtyExtras: Travel reimbursement, housing allowance, meals, referral bonuses, and moreWe're not the only ones who think ARMStaffing should be your first choice.
