Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with creating user-centered design solutions across multiple platforms to solve complex problems
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, including Angular and VueJS
- Experience with designing and prototyping with tools, including Sketch, Figma, Axure, Invision, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with collaborating with a cross-functional Agile development team and communicating design concepts to ensure the end result of an intuitive user experience
- Experience with building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or professional services environment
- Experience with establishing and managing branding, style guides, and design systems
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with User Experience (UX)
- Experience with the full spectrum of the digital creative process, including soliciting business requirements, conducting user research, information architecture, wireframing, rapid prototyping, and interface design, and front-end development
- Experience with facilitating user focus groups to validate new features and functions
- Experience facilitating workshops and human-centered design sessions
- Knowledge of the DoD and the intelligence community (IC)
- Human-Centered Design Certification
