Our multidisciplinary team delivers community-based therapeutic interventions using a coaching model with parents and caregivers.As a Mental Health Consultant, you will participate in early assessment methods such as classroom observations, standardized tools, and family meetings. We aim to facilitate the implementation of strategies that foster improved social-emotional development.Responsibilities:Provide mental health assessments, treatment, and care coordination for children, adults, and families, ensuring compliance with agency policies and all regulatory standardsConduct social-emotional observations and assessments in childcare settings, and develop behavior support plans based on findingsOffer consultation and support to childcare staff and parents/guardians, including interpretation of assessment tools and delivery of feedbackParticipate in and/or facilitate interdisciplinary care planning meetings to ensure coordinated service deliveryAttend required trainings and supervision sessions to maintain quality standards and implement supervisory guidanceQualifications:Requires a Master's degree in Psychology or related field3 years experience providing mental health services to children and familiesValid Massachusetts Drivers LicenseLicensed Clinician preferredSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pmCompensation:Masters $55,000.00 annuallyLicensed $60,000.00 annuallyAnnual Salary $55,000 - $60,000 USDAt Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
