The Auto Glass Technician is key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient installation and repair of auto glass. We are looking to build a world class team of Technicians to support $1.5 million in revenue (5 Techs). Specific Responsibilities: Repair and replacement of auto glass according to specified procedures Complete calibrations of camera's and Advance Driver Assist Systems (ADAS) using our Opti-Aim technology. Help insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of glazing accessories on vehicle Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions Job Requirements: Prior experience in the auto glass industry Physical ability to lift heavy objects such as windshields, etc. Proficiency to navigate tablet based technology Professional appearance and personality Benefits: Medical, Dental, 401K, Paid Time Off, Assigned Service Vans that you can take home.
