Flexographic Press Operator – Plymouth, IN Shift premiums for 2nd & 3rd shift 2nd Shift: 4PM–2AM (4-day work week, 10-hour shifts) Established manufacturing company in the printing industry is hiring experienced Press Operators. This is a direct hire opportunity with long-term stability, growth potential, and excellent benefits. Responsibilities Set up and operate flexographic printing presses Monitor print quality, color consistency, and registration Perform press changeovers and minimize downtime Conduct quality checks and document production results Troubleshoot equipment and perform basic maintenance Work with laminators, slitters, and related production equipment Requirements 1+ year of flexographic press operating experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read job tickets and production documents Knowledge of inks, substrates, and printing principles is a plus Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match PTO and paid holidays Uniforms provided Growth opportunities into leadership roles Stable company.
