• Real Estate License with 2-3 transactions.
• Experience in real estate or a related field, with a passion for helping clients find their dream homes.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout their journey.
• Proven track record of building strong relationships, fostering trust, and maintaining long-term partnerships.
• Familiarity with local market trends in Tallahassee, FL, to provide clients with valuable insights and advice.
• Ability to coordinate and schedule property showings efficiently, aligning with client needs and preferences.
• Experience in crafting engaging property presentations that highlight key features and benefits.
