* Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for more in-depth evaluations

* Follow up with candidates to sustain their interest and guide them through the hiring process

* Keep precise and updated records within our applicant tracking system

* Earn commissions based on the meetings you set, interviews that occur, and successful placements originating from your leads
