Leigh and Co. is searching for a Lead Wedding Coordinator in California to join our fast-growing wedding planning team. This contract position offers the flexibility to set your own schedule. Responsibilities include overseeing ceremony and reception setups, managing the wedding day timeline, and ensuring a smooth experience for the couple and vendors. The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience in wedding planning, strong communication skills, and be able to work weekends. Training will be provided.
