Operational Technical Deployment Projects

• Lead the planning, coordination, and deployment of healthcare technology systems across organizational departments.

• Collaborate with IT security teams and clinical operations to ensure smooth and secure rollouts.

• Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and ensure proper execution of deployment activities.

• Adhere to data privacy, interoperability, and cybersecurity

standards during the implementation.

• Identify project risks and challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure successful resolution.

• Provide training and support to end-users, IT teams, and

operational staff to ensure smooth system adoption.

• Monitor and report on project progress, including performance metrics and KPIs, to key stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements

• Technical Project Management: A minimum of five years of experience in technical project management, specifically in healthcare environments, with a strong focus on IT systems and endpoint management.

• Healthcare IT Endpoint Systems: At least five years of experience working with healthcare IT endpoints, ensuring compliance with security standards (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH, FDA

regulations).

• Technology Deployment & Integration: At least five years of experience in deploying, integrating, and migrating healthcare technology solutions within healthcare organizations.

• Project Management Methodologies: Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches to project management.

• Project Management Software: Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, and MS Project. • Education: A bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field (preferred)
