Here, we foster meaningful careers, invest in the future, and make a difference for clients, institutions and communities around the world.Job DescriptionThe Opportunity As Director, Product Management, Deposit Products, you will lead the strategy, performance, and lifecycle management of consumer checking, savings, and certificate of deposit products. You will shape product vision, influence enterprise priorities, and drive growth through pricing, analytics, customer acquisition, and innovation. This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to deliver meaningful business and client impact across banking and wealth management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the long-term strategy, roadmap, and vision for consumer deposit products aligned with client, business, and enterprise objectives. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, research, business case, product design and requirements, launch, optimization, and governance. Serve as senior product leader for complex cross-functional initiatives involving technology, operations, finance, marketing, risk, compliance, and sales partners. Create deposit pricing strategies, forecasting, profitability management, balance growth, and financial performance monitoring in partnership with finance and treasury teams. Leverage analytics, reporting, and customer insights to optimize product performance, acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value. Ensure compliant, client-centered experiences by overseeing regulatory requirements, disclosures, policies, and risk management activities. Communicate product strategy, results, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders while influencing decisions across the organization. Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing product management teams, fostering accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. This position may be located in Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN.Required Qualifications10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years of consumer deposit product management or similar consumer banking product management experienceBachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field​Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field Demonstrated success developing, launching, pricing, and scaling bank deposit products within complex financial services environmentsStrong expertise in product management, deposit pricing, financial modeling, forecasting, profitability analysis, and data-driven decision makingWorking knowledge of analytics, performance reporting, and customer behavior analysisExperience partnering with marketing teams to design, measure, and optimize acquisition and engagement campaignsKnowledge of wealth management organizations, core banking platforms, and fintech ecosystemsExceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teamsVisa SponsorshipApplicants must have a valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States (e.g., H-1B, F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, TN).In-Office CollaborationWe are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.Base Pay SalaryThe estimated base salary for this role is $131,000 - $180,100 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
