Role Description This is a commission-based, full-time role for candidates seeking a career as a Healthcare Real Estate Specialist (HRES) . This role allows the specialist to work on projects and with clients across the U.S. and may choose to work from multiple Northmarq office locations. Responsibilities New business development for healthcare real estate development projects Sourcing investment sale opportunities Managing real estate sales transactions Conducting market research and financial analysis Overseeing client account activities and supporting complex assignments This role is ideal for driven professionals who want exposure to the rapidly growing healthcare real estate sector and the opportunity to build a long-term advisory career. Ideal Qualifications Experience in commercial real estate and/or real estate development Strong customer service skills and a proven sales track record Ability to manage real estate transactions and client relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or related field preferred Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Income Potential The Healthcare Real Estate Specialist position is structured for high-performing brokers who want to build meaningful, long-term earnings.
