AI Business Analyst

In this role, you will be shaping enterprise-level digital solutions for global clients while supporting business transformation initiatives within enterprise systems. Working within SoftServe's global Center of Excellence, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable, value-driven solutions. You will drive discovery, prioritize requirements, and enable Agile teams to deliver AI-enabled, data-driven, and enterprise system initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead business analysis activities across multiple initiatives, driving discovery, requirements definition, and backlog management Partner with business stakeholders to understand priorities, define scope, and translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements Prioritize work, support roadmap planning, and ensure alignment between business goals, technical feasibility, and delivery capacity Facilitate workshops and refinement sessions, documenting decisions, risks, assumptions, and dependencies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver MVPs and production-ready solutions while continuously improving business processes and enterprise systems

REQUIREMENTS

Extensive experience, 5+ years, as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in software development or enterprise systems projects Proficiency in requirements elicitation, backlog management, Agile Scrum/Kanban delivery, and stakeholder management Skill in translating business needs into clear, implementation-ready requirements and prioritizing work effectively Experience in working with cross-functional teams in complex software delivery environments Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Google Workspace, Slack, and other collaboration tools Competence in AI-enabled, data-driven, or enterprise business systems; Salesforce, Gainsight, or Zendesk experience (as a plus) Analytical and problem-solving oriented approach with excellent spoken and written English SoftServe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
