Senior Process Engineer

Senior Process Engineer role supporting development of inhaled and oral solid dosage products within a multidisciplinary team. Lead process engineering activities from early through late-stage development, designing robust manufacturing processes and applying modeling tools to accelerate product understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering work packages designing robust manufacturing processes for oral and inhaled products
• Plan and execute laboratory-scale experiments to generate process insights and support project decisions
• Define and optimize critical process parameters and develop effective control strategies
• Apply modeling, simulation, and predictive tools to strengthen process understanding and accelerate development
• Lead or contribute to technology transfer, risk assessment, process validation, and scale-up activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical industry experience in oral solid or inhaled drug product development
• Experience across early to late-stage development, technology transfer, scale-up, and process validation
• Understanding of control strategy, risk management, and regulatory principles
• Knowledge of predictive science, modeling, simulation, and digital tools
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
