About the Role
The Company is seeking a Market President to serve as the senior leader for an assigned geography, with a strong focus on market performance, profitability, member experience, and community presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving membership growth, loan and deposit production, noninterest income, and business development while maintaining a high-performing service and sales culture. This role requires a leader with a minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in commercial lending, retail banking, financial services, or a related industry, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. The Market President will be expected to develop and execute market strategies, foster partnerships, and ensure the consistent delivery of service and sales standards across the region. Key responsibilities for the Market President include market strategy and performance leadership, financial and business growth, and the development of strong community and business relationships. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in market growth, business development, and cross-functional execution, as well as strong financial acumen and the ability to lead through influence. The ideal candidate will be a champion of the company's core values of integrity, care, growth, and innovation, and will be adept at providing market insight that informs product, service, and growth strategies. The position requires a leader who can build and develop high-performing teams, and who is committed to the long-term success and stability of the market.
