Chief Executive OfficerThe Racquet Sports Professional Association, Lake Nona, Florida, is the global leader in racquet sports teacher certification, education, and professional development. With more than 12,000 members worldwide and 17 divisions nationwide, the Association's mission is to champion the passion for racquet sports by developing professionals who lead with integrity, innovate in coaching, and inspire a diverse and inclusive racquet sports community. The RSPA offers its members more than 60 professional benefits, including on-court liability insurance, health insurance assistance, and offers more than 200 education events a year for members to improve their teaching skills and increase their business knowledge.The selected candidate will serve as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)/Executive Director (ED). They will report to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee and oversee all aspects of the Association's operations, strategy, staff, and stakeholder relationships. The primary responsibility of the CEO is to maintain the Association's financial health and long-term sustainability through responsible fiscal management, disciplined budget oversight, sound resource allocation, and proactive financial planning. The CEO is accountable for monitoring financial performance, identifying and addressing financial risks, implementing corrective actions when necessary, and keeping the Board informed of the Association's financial position and outlook. The CEO will lead the development and execution of the Association's strategic plan, administer policies, and oversee a staff of approximately 20 employees. The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated general management and financial leadership experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to strengthen industry relationships, enhance member value, and advance the Association's mission while ensuring its long-term financial stability.Job Knowledge, Core Competencies, and ExpectationsDemonstrates a strong commitment to maintaining the Association's financial health and long-term sustainability.
