Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients' health status.
• Develop care plans and coordinate follow-ups.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and assist with minor procedures.
• Educate patients on care, prevention, and self-management.
• Document patient interactions and treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and participate in quality improvement and ensure patient safety.
• Assist with scheduling and clinic tasks.

Qualifications:

• CA Registered Nurse license
• BLS/ACLS, and Ambulatory Care Nurse certification (optional)
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience RN, preferably in ambulatory or outpatient settings

Job details:

• Pay: $1,713.52 - $1,766.52 / week
• Location: SAN RAFAEL, CA
• Assignment Length: 8
• Shift: Rotating - up to 36.00 hours per week
• Setting: Outpatient
• Workplace: On-site
