Role:- UX/UI Designer

Salary :- $100K to $120K Plus Client Benefits

Location:- Stamford, CT Onsite

Job Type:- Full Time Hiring

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, front-end engineering, or full-stack application development.

Strong hands-on development experience with React, Angular, Node.js, and responsive web design.

Proficiency with UX research, user journeys, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, visual design, and usability testing.

Experience using modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma platforms.

Good stakeholder communication, design presentation, problem-solving, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.

Experience designing interfaces for GenAI assistants, conversational applications, RAG solutions, or autonomous AI agents.

Knowledge of front-end automated testing, performance optimization, analytics instrumentation, and secure coding practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled UX / UI Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying intuitive, accessible, and responsive user experiences for enterprise-grade applications and AI agent solutions leveraging the AWS ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will combine strong UX research and UI design capabilities with hands-on front-end development using React, Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, AI engineers, architects, and backend development teams

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Ability to collaborate with an onsite-offshore model.
