Senior Engineer - Observability

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time Senior Engineer - Observability will design, implement, and manage monitoring solutions for various environments while resolving complex client issues and maintaining technical deliverables in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Design and manage observability solutions for servers, applications, and cloud environments, ensuring compliance with SLA and SLO targets Develop dashboards and reports to monitor system health and performance, optimizing alerting mechanisms for timely incident response Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate observability into system architecture and deployment pipelines Required qualifications BA/BS degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent Proficiency with observability/monitoring platforms such as Datadog, Dynatrace, or Splunk Strong scripting and automation skills in languages like Python or PowerShell Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, including Terraform or Ansible Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP monitoring and logging services
