General Manager Ultimate Longevity Center Charlotte, NC (Cotswold) · Full-Time, Exempt · Pre-Opening Role Employer: Dream Bigger Society, LLC, franchise owner and operator of Ultimate Longevity Centers in Charlotte Reports to: Directly to Owner/Franchisee Location: Cotswold, Charlotte, NC 28211 Compensation: $75,000 to $95,000 base, plus presale & post-opening bonuses of $500 to $5,000 per month About This Role We are opening the first Ultimate Longevity Center in Charlotte and hiring the General Manager who will build it. This starts as a pre-opening role. For your first several months there is no center to run; there is a market to win. You will be out in the Cotswold, Myers Park, Eastover, and Elizabeth communities building a founding membership base before we unlock the front door: tables and tents at races and community events, partnership meetings with neighboring studios and practices, and daily outreach to a prospect list we have already built for you. About the Brand Ultimate Longevity Center is the fifth brand from Sequel Brands and was developed with Gary Brecka, one of the most trusted voices in human biohacking and longevity, and is powered by Lifeforce, a clinician-led longevity medicine platform co-founded by author and strategist Tony Robbins. Members choose between an experiential wellness track (red light therapy, hyperbaric chambers, cold therapies, dry saunas) and a personalized analysis track built on biomarker testing and physician-guided protocols. What that means for you: you are not selling an unknown category to a cold market. National awareness is already being built. Your job is to convert it here in Charlotte. Phase One: Pre-Opening (Presale)

• Own the founding-member presale campaign and hit the membership target before opening day
• Execute grassroots marketing daily: community and school events, local sports, business-to-business partnerships
• Build partnerships with fitness studios, medical and wellness practices, country clubs, and employers in the trade area
• Work a prospect database of 180+ verified local businesses, plus every lead you generate
• Sustain 50 to 100 calls and texts per day. That is the expectation, not the ceiling
• Recruit and train the founding team, and help setup the Center for a successful Grand Opening

Phase Two: Center Operations

• Drive revenue and membership growth through consultative, goal-focused sales
• Lead onboarding and guide members through their longevity and performance journey
• Keep grassroots marketing and community outreach going. It does not stop at opening
• Coach and develop a high-performing, sales and service-driven team
• Oversee daily operations and deliver an elevated member experience that drives retention and referrals

What Success Looks Like Before opening: 50 to 100 founding memberships sold per month, a trained team ready on day one, and active local partnerships generating referrals. After opening: consistent month-over-month membership growth, strong retention, center-level profitability, and a team that is confident selling and delivering longevity services. What We're Looking For

• 2 to 5+ years of management experience in wellness, fitness, med-spa, or hospitality
• Membership or high-ticket consultative sales experience. You have personally carried and hit a number
• Grassroots and field marketing experience. You have worked tables and tents, and you are comfortable starting conversations with strangers
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and coach a sales-driven team
• Genuine interest in health optimization, performance, and longevity
• Organized and accountable, comfortable operating without a playbook for everything
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily outreach

Schedule reality: expect early mornings, some evenings, and weekend event work, particularly during presale and the first 90 days after opening. Compensation and Growth

• Base salary: $75,000 to $95,000, paid from your start date through presale and beyond
• Presale incentive: bonuses of $500 to $5,000 per month, dependent on membership growth
• Milestone Bonuses: Additional bonuses for reaching 200 ($2k), 300 ($3k), 400 ($4k) and 500 ($5k) members at your center
• Ongoing (post-opening) commission and bonus tied to membership sales and center performance
• Unlimited Growth Potential: We hold development rights for multiple Charlotte-area locations. For an operator who performs, the path runs from General Manager to Operating Partner, a performance-based share of center profitability, and potentially to Director of Operations, a multi-unit leadership role as we open additional centers. We walk finalists through how each step is earned and how the profit share is calculated

Who You'll Work With You report directly to the OWNER, not to a corporate office three states away and not through four layers of approval. The owner has over twenty years in multi-unit franchising business. He grew his last company to 38 locations across five states with two national brands. He was named Rookie of the Year with one brand and Franchise Partner of the Year with another, and is a Charlotte Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree. He has now turned his full attention to health, wellness, and longevity.
