Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring 2+ years of L&D experience and Cerner proficiency.

Details

• Labor & Delivery unit within a hospital setting
• 3x12-hour shifts weekly (36 hours), 6:45 AM-7:15 PM
• Must be open to work any day of the week as self-scheduling is not available
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
• Intermediate/advanced fetal monitoring certification required
• More than 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required
• Experience with OBED/Triage and OR circulation required
• Cerner EMR experience required and must be listed in employment history
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• Social Security number (full or last 4) and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Keep requested time off (RTO) to less than 7 days
• First-time travelers may be considered if experience requirements are met
• Returning permanent employees or previous travelers at this health system require additional approval prior to consideration
