Position Summary: This role will support critical functions in Fraud Detection, Prevention and Servicing Line of Business. Fraud Detection & Prevention includes detecting fraudulent transactions based on pre-established strategies, rules and models. Enhanced fraud detection would decrease the fraud loss to the bank. Fraud detection includes both monetary and non-monetary activity (e.g Change of address etc.) This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, and solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and testing built-in from the outset. Job expectations include a strong knowledge of development and testing practices common to the industry and design and architectural patterns. Responsibilities: Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements Designs, develops, and modifies architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintained Mentors other software engineers and coach team on Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) practices and automating tool stack Executes story refinement, definition of requirements, and estimating work necessary to realize a story through the delivery lifecycle Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas Automates manual release activities Designs, develops, and maintains automated test suites (integration, regression, performance) Required Qualifications 5+ years of job related experience required . Full Stack developer with hands-on knowledge of JAVA, Spring Framework, Agile, Cloud, Containers, Micro Services, REST Services. Web services development with WCF and/or SOAP/REST frameworks using multiple protocols. Relational database experience and demonstrated abilities in using SQL. Working knowledge of using Agile methodology in a fast paced environment and supporting program increments leading to delivery of features/stories. Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams Mentors other Software Engineers and coaches team on CI-CD practices and automating tool stack Desired Qualifications: Demonstrated experience with .NET, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory, Sonar, and JIRA. Working knowledge with KAFKA, MQ, Cassandra(No SQL) Experience in Redis and Cochroach DB. Coordinating with external vendors and assisting in resolving technical complexities. Facilitates team planning ceremonies against backlog/prioritized work; Understands risks and can apply the controls necessary to mitigate; Knows when to escalate risks. Is there a job description available? 3. Assess –Think about your skills, abilities, knowledge, interests, traits, values and accomplishments. Match them to what you know about the job. Consider which ones you should highlight. 4. Prepare Answers –Think about what the interviewer may ask, determine what the best answer is and write it down. 5. Prepare Questions – Interviewing is a two-way street. By asking thoughtful questions, you communicate your interest and learn a lot about the job. Choose two or three questions to ask your interviewer. Avoid asking a lot of questions about vacation time or breaks. 6. Practice – It may seem awkward, but it is the best way to come across well in an interview. Practice your own "great responses" with others or in front of a mirror until you appear relaxed and at ease. 7. Follow-up – Send a brief follow-up letter to the interviewer.
