Position Summary The Bartender is responsible for delivering an exceptional, refined beverage experience to guests while upholding the highest standards of luxury service. This role requires advanced mixology skills, deep product knowledge, and a polished, professional presence consistent with a world-class hospitality environment. Experience Requirements Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or high-end cocktail bar Proven experience in high-volume, luxury service environments Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, craft mixology, premium spirits, wine, sake, and beer Experience in Forbes-rated or Michelin-recognized venues strongly preferred Essential Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to luxury standards Execute classic and signature cocktails with consistency, precision, and presentation excellence Engage with guests in a professional, warm, and discreet manner Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service Accurately process orders and handle cash and POS transactions Maintain deep knowledge of the beverage menu, ingredients, and flavor profiles Collaborate with Barbacks and management to ensure smooth service flow Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations Comply with all local, state, and federal alcohol service laws Uphold Forbes service standards and internal brand expectations Advanced mixology and cocktail execution skills Exceptional attention to detail and presentation Strong #J-18808-Ljbffr The-Setai
