Work Schedule: Per Diem, Day shift, you will work at UW Health N. Main St. Clinic 2601 N. Main St.

Additional components of compensation may include: Evening, night, and weekend shift differential, overtime, on-call pay.

Qualifications

Graduated from an accredited Associate degree program or Medical Assistant program or have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Required. Laboratory and phlebotomy training required within 30 days of hire. Required. Drug and alcohol screening, and N95 training required within 30 days of hire. Required. Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required.

Work Experience

At least one year of professional experience in a clinic setting. Preferred. Computer experience. Required.

Licenses & Certifications

AAMA certification is required upon hire or verification of a passing score on the AAMA certification exam and subsequent AAMA certification obtained within 90 days of hire. Required. Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required. Active AAMA certification must be maintained. Required. Audiometry certification through Northern Illinois University or Health Conservation, Inc. (HCI), required within 30 days of hire. Required.
